Why are my contact details not visible to students? 

This is because either the student did not accept (or reject) your invitation or you did not accept student’s application. In order to see the contact details the match between you and particular student has to be created.

 
 Why can't I see the contact details of students?
 
This is for the same reasons that are mentioned above.

 

Do I have to pay to accept a student?

 
 No, you do not have to pay any fees to accept the student. In fact the account you are using at this moment is totally for free and no fees apply to any of actions that can be taken while using your account.
 

What can I do if too many students apply to one vacancy?

 

This is very common. The best way to make process for your company and for the student easier is to always notify the student. This is easy. You do not have to write long emails but simply click on “accept” or “reject”.

 

 Why should I update my company’s vacancies regularly?

 

This is important because vacancies that are out of date still attract students. When you find a suitable candidate always make sure to “reject” other applicants. They will also be automatically rejected once the start date of the vacancy is expired.
